Realistic Black Bear “Bartram”

“Bart” is our newest realistic synthetic black bear. He has excellent body and paw dexterity and very good mouth open/close range, with long shag and minimally painted deep brown fur. Bart is recommended for all applications. This suit is non-animatronic but has internal mechanical mouth action.

“Purple Mattress“

In Nov of 2020, Writer/Director Grayson Whitehurst called on us to shoot a Spec for Purple Mattress. For project “Life-Changing Sleep”, we brought 2 bears suits to Forest Park in Richmond Hill, NY. Besides the challenge of finding instant results covid testing, we were filming in a park where combustion engine generators were disallowed. Graysons’ team arranged a solid-state generator (giant battery) rental which kept us from overheating in the bear suits while topping off everyone’s mobile phones. It was a win, win for everyone and a charming film was the result! Grayson, Jacob and the rest of the cast + crew were professionals who dropped what they were doing to help us with our own gear for load-in & load-out. Would love to work again with these New York folks in summer, winter, any season!!

Music video: “Wie Ich”

The team of Ambitious Films in Mainz, Germany created a marvelous concept for their client, popular band KRAFTKLUB and we are fortunately to be called on for one of the featured players.

A deadly encounter between a bear and a hunter does not go exactly as planned resulting in an unlikely buddy adventure featuring the bandmates in a beer pub. Filmed in multiple locations around Darmstadt, Germany including a cave at night where our popular company pens (with built in flashlights) played a key role. When we found ourselves navigating some difficult and hilly terrain in the dark up to our remote location, my flashlight pens SWAG saved the day (or at least, made it a bit safer).

FUN FACT: Darmstadt is the home of The European Space Agency (ESA) – Europe’s gateway to space. An awesome team made this project enjoyable and memorable and the music video ROCKS!

Commercial: “Hyper Wafer”

Screen Brothers Production of Sofia Bulgaria matched Beast VS Braun for Prestige Wafers Hyper Cabrio (candy bar). We brought our best beast to the ring for this round!!

Man soundly whips animal in this epic food battle, but not before our bear “Bart” consumes enough chocolate to hibernate all winter long.

FUN FACT: Our wrestler was shortly to be traveling to the USA for the Arnold Sports Festival, an annual multi-sport event consisting of professional bodybuilding, fitness, figure and bikini weekend expo. It was established in 1989 and is named after Arnold Schwarzenegger. The main event is held annually around late February or early March in Columbus, Ohio, United States, by the International Federation of BodyBuilding & Fitness (IFBB).
